1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers two distinct situations:

- Client engagements. Business clients who authorize us to operate their advertising accounts, and the platform data we access to perform that work.

2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and whatever you choose to include in the message. We use that information only to respond and to evaluate a possible working relationship.
2.2 Information collected automatically on this website
This website is a static page. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising pixels, and includes no analytics or tracking scripts. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the requesting IP address in order to serve the font files. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase Hosting, processes standard server request logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent, requested URL) for security and reliability.
2.3 Platform and advertising data accessed for clients
When a client authorizes us to work on their accounts, we may access, through official platform interfaces and APIs:
- Advertising account structures, campaigns, ad groups, ads and creative assets.
- Aggregated performance metrics — impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, cost and return figures, and dayparting breakdowns.
- Business account and Business Center identifiers required to operate the account.
- Conversion and attribution events sent to measurement tools configured for the client, such as RedTrack.
This data belongs to our client and to the platform. We act as a service provider on the client's instructions and do not use it for our own independent purposes.
3. Data accessed through TikTok
Where we access data through TikTok's advertising platform or developer APIs, we do so only under an authorization granted by the account owner, and only to the extent needed to deliver the services that client has requested.
We use TikTok data solely to create, manage, optimize and report on that client's advertising. We do not sell TikTok data, do not use it to build independent user profiles, do not combine it with data from other clients, and do not transfer it to data brokers or advertising networks. Our handling of TikTok data follows TikTok's developer terms, advertising policies and platform requirements as they apply to our work.

- To respond to inquiries and communicate about a possible or existing engagement.
- To operate, optimize and report on advertising campaigns for clients who have authorized us.
- To produce and test creative assets, and to measure their performance.
- To meet legal, accounting and record-keeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising of our own.
5. Sharing and service providers
We share information only in these circumstances:
- With the client whose accounts and campaigns the data concerns.
- With platforms and tools used to deliver the work, in each case under the client's own accounts where possible — for example TikTok for Business, tracking and attribution tools such as RedTrack, and Google services used for hosting and email.
- When required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
- In a business transfer, if the company or its assets are acquired, subject to this policy continuing to apply.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
- Email correspondence is retained for the duration of the relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping.
- Platform and advertising data is accessed through the client's accounts. When an engagement ends, our access is revoked by the client or by us, and any working copies or reports we hold are deleted within 30 days of a request.
- Data accessed through TikTok is deleted or access to it is terminated when it is no longer needed for the authorized purpose, when the client withdraws authorization, or when TikTok or the client requires it.

We respond to verified requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity or your authority over the account concerned before acting.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export personal information about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 8. International transfers
We operate from the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and elsewhere. Where information is transferred from another country, we rely on the safeguards offered by the relevant providers and on the contractual terms of our engagements.
